Everything within walking distance
Cafes, the beach and the tram are close. Summer evenings on the promenade get crowded.

Evenings on the promenade
We walk the marina most evenings and the beach is close. Traffic at the two exits is slow at rush hour.

The promenade is safe for scooters and there are play areas at both ends. Summer afternoons are spent indoors.
