Clear updates from the sales team
We get a build update every quarter with photos. The show apartment matched the brochure, and the payment plan was explained line by line before we signed. The promenade access is the reason we chose this tower over the two next to it, and the podium pool level looks generous on the plans. One point to check is the service charge after the first year, which was still an estimate when we booked.

Calm for such a central spot
Good sound insulation and a quiet courtyard. Shops and the tram are two minutes away.

Good layouts, smaller balconies
The three-bedroom layout wastes very little space. Balconies on the lower floors are smaller than the show unit.
