Detailed notes after two visits
We visited twice, once in the morning and once after dark. The marina side is quiet at night, the road side less so, and the lift lobby is generous. The sales team answered every question about fees, the payment plan and the handover date without pushing us. Parking is two covered spaces, which is rare here. We would have liked a larger utility room and a clearer answer on service charges after the first year, so four stars rather than five.
