Numbers first, no pressure
Amara sent a one-page comparison of our three favourites with running costs and travel times. It made the decision easy and she never pushed us towards the dearest one. When the survey found a damp patch she had two quotes for the repair within a day and used them to agree a lower price. We have already passed her name to two friends.
